Sharon L. Cope, 82, of Waterville, NY passed away on Thursday, July 14, 2022, in the comfort of her home surrounded by her loving family. Sharon was born in Earlville, NY on March 10, 1940, the daughter of late Elinor and Robert Matteson. She received her degree from Morrisville College. On October 8, 1940 Sharon married Garry L. Programs should:
– Aim to include the Summer Reading theme for 2022, Oceans of Possibilities
– Have an overall budget of under $100 (the more budget savvy program ideas, the more we can bring to life)
– Be free & open to the public (i.e. no admission fees or criteria)
– Be something you think would benefit members of the community
