Constance M. “Connie” Kelley, 91, of Waterville, passed away on Friday, May 6, 2022 at the Waterville Residential Care Center. She was born in Utica on December 3, 1930, a daughter of the late Stanley and Bernice Lazarek Mattis and graduated from Utica Catholic Academy in 1949. The class chalked the sidewalks in front of the school building with major events and quotes from American History.
While they were depicting the historical events, the students participated in a discussion surrounding the topics!
