Many caregivers that feed formula are having an incredibly difficult time
finding the brand their child needs due to the ongoing formula shortage.
If you have any unopened and unexpired cans of formula that have not been
part of a recent recall, consider donating them to the diaper bank !
If you can’t make it to the diaper bank, formula can always be dropped off at
the Blessing Box at Waterville United Methodist Church.
Waterville Pop Warner will be having a Golf Tournament on Sunday July 10th.
It will be a memorial tournament for Ernie Werner who was
instrumental in getting our program up and running.

Dear Waterville CSD Community,
A fallen tree limb has caused an extended power outage impacting Waterville Jr./Sr. High.
The District will be dismissing Jr./Sr. High students only at 11:45 am, following lunch.
The school is running on the emergency generators. There will also be no PM BOCES.

It’s almost time for this year’s Spring Bookworms session!
Our registered group should have all received an email regarding our start date. If not, please let us know!
Information on Bookworms Early Literacy for the 2022-23 year will come this summer!
This program is free to our community, geared towards 3 & 4 year old children,
and engages through the power of play!
Your feedback is telling us that you’re not seeing some of our events pop up like you used to!
As so many of you use Gmail and Google Calendar, we thought we would start by offering email
invitations when WPL creates events on our own calendar. You’ll receive an email stating what the
event is, and an offer to add it to your own Google calendar. To opt in to this, just select the event categories
you’re interested in using the following form: https://forms.gle/8HYUsYcwHeFa1mnv8 This will collect
your email only for the purpose of these Google Calendar notifications. If you don’t have Gmail or
just want more library love, we recommend signing up for WPL’s monthly eNewsletter here:
https://share.hsforms.com/1hGwylD4ERLOD3-t812_iWAc78ln Of course, you can always check the
calendar on our website as well at https://www.watervillepl.org/calendar-of-events/
(you can use this to reserve the Program or study rooms too)!

This May, we interrupt our regularly scheduled… everything! But hopefully not too much!
The temptation to fill the month with loads of events is real.
But we’re resisting so that we can complete the carpeting and Creative Media Lab swiftly and well.
At the moment, we are pausing all donations of anything besides sturdy boxes.
More details as we have them!
If you have teens who need volunteer hours, we will be able to provide plenty of them!

After 25 years of dedicated service to our nursing home, and our community,
it with the heaviest of hearts that we say goodbye to Lovina Starring.
As a volunteer, Lovina assisted with religious services weekly, and touched countless lives.
Her soft, gentle approach provided comfort to our residents and staff.
It takes a special person to live the way Lovina lived- with grace and patience for all.
She often told us of her large family, she was one of several children.
Her face would light up with happiness when she spoke of something she loved.
We At WRCC, will forever remember her as part of our family too.
Rest In Peace Lovina, and know that you are forever in our hearts.
